How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouses, you will be notified via email and SMS. This will provide you with your courier tracking link. It may take up to 1-3 days for the courier to update its tracking with relative information

Are duties and taxes included in my order?

We cover all customs charges for international shipments. All packages get sent out using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). So there is no need to stress about any unexpected extra charges when your order arrives.

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping is different from country to country, and it depends on the weight of your order. To check how much the shipping total will be, you can simply head to checkout once you’ve picked out your pieces to see the total cost (it might even be FREE).

Where do you ship from?

All orders from the USA will be shipped from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. We only process orders Monday to Friday before 3PM EST. We cover all customs charges for international shipments. All packages get sent out using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).

What carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers and local partners. The carrier we will use for your order is entirely dependent on your location. US orders are usually shipped with USPS.
