How do I pick the right size?

Our offer Buy 1, Get 2 FREE works for a limited time only. 

To take advantage of the offer, please pick 3 products of your choice and go to the checkout page. At checkout, you can see that 2 items will say $0.00. 

If you add fewer products than 3, the offer will not work.

How does the offer work? 

All orders from the USA will be shipped from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. We only process orders Monday to Friday before 3PM EST. We cover all customs charges international shipments. 

You can track your order when your item has been shipped out from our warehouse. We will send you an email with a link to the carrier to track your parcel. 

If you haven't received our email, please request to speak with our team and then we will re-send the email.

How do I track my order? 

We frequently restock our products, but we suggest subscribing to our product stock alerts on the product page. This way, you'll receive immediate notification via email when the item becomes available again.

When are you expecting a restock?

Every piece is crafted from a base of high-quality 316L stainless steel with rhodium or 18k gold plating. Our jewellery is designed to resist water and sweat, thus preventing discoloration or tarnishing. We do not use nickel in our products, all products are 100% hypoallergenic, ensuring that they won't cause any skin discoloration or allergic reactions.

What materials do you use? 

Our Lifetime Warranty comes with every order. 

If you have one of the following issues then we will replace your item FREE of charge: 

- Accidentally broken  
- Scratched pendant 
- Signs of tarnish or fading
