My order is missing/lost in transit?Updated 7 months ago
If your order is lost in transit or goes missing and you’ve entered the correct address, we will re-ship it to the same address at no additional cost.
All you have to do is send us an email to [email protected] to get started.
Note: If you would prefer a refund, you will need to return the items from the reshipment to our warehouse before a refund can be issued.
