My order is missing/lost in transit?Updated 6 months ago

If your order gets lost in transit or is missing and you’ve entered the correct address, we will re-ship it to the same address at no additional cost. 

All you have to do is send us an email to [email protected] to get started. 

Note: If you would like a refund, you would have to return your items from the reshipment to our warehouse before a refund will be issued.
