How do I track my order?Updated 8 months ago

Once an order has been placed all your order information will be sent to our US warehouse for processing. 


After the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with a tracking number to track your order. 

The tracking number will provide you with a courier tracking link. It may take up to 1-3 days for the courier to update its tracking with information on the whereabouts of your order. This doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

If you haven’t received a tracking number after 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
