Can I edit my order?Updated 9 days ago

Yes, you can edit your order up until it has been processed and shipped. 


If our support team is offline and your order gets processed before you get in touch with our team we cannot stop your order as it happens automatically. Our support team’s average response time is 4 hours.


So for this reason, it’s important to reach out before your order gets processed. 


All US orders are processed between Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST. 


If you placed the order by mistake or no longer want the items you can go through the returns process to send your order back to us and exchange it for the items you wanted.
