You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. You can message our team via our live chat or email us at [email protected] for any cancellations.
If our support team is offline and your order gets processed before you get in touch with our team we cannot stop your order as it happens automatically. Our support team’s average response time is 4 hours.
All US orders are processed between Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST.
If you placed the order by mistake or no longer want the items you can go through the returns process to send your order back to us. To start a return, please email us at [email protected].
