Can I cancel my order?Updated 10 months ago

You can cancel your order while it hasn’t been processed and shipped out yet. You can message our team via our live chat or email us at [email protected] for any cancellations. 

If our support team is offline and your order gets processed before you get a hold of our team we cannot stop your order as it happens automatically. Our support team’s average response time is 4 hours.

All US orders are processed between Monday-Friday before 3PM EST.

If you placed the order by mistake or don’t want the items you can go through the returns process to send your order back to us. To start a return, please email us at [email protected]
