We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-14 business days.

Please note that once the refund is processed on our end, it may take an additional 4-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

This processing time depends on your bank, so please contact them directly if 5 business days have passed and you have not received the funds.
