When will I get my refund?Updated a year ago

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund was approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-14 days.

Please be aware that once we have processed the refund on our end, it can take a further 4-5 working days for the funds to clear in your account. 

This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 5 working days have passed and you have not received the funds.
