What is the update on my exchange?Updated 10 months ago

Once your exchange request has been processed via email/live chat, we will process your new order within 1-2 working days from the date that your return has been received back at our warehouse. 

Once your exchange has successfully been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS which will contain your new tracking information.
