What is the update on my exchange?Updated 2 months ago

Once your exchange request has been processed via Return Portal, we will process your new order within 1-2 business days from the date that your return has been received back at our warehouse (standard exchange).


Once your exchange has successfully been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS which will contain your new tracking information.


If you pick Instant Exchange, your new exchange will be processed instantly without the need to wait for your exchange to be processed at our warehouse.
