4. Our team will review your claim and ship a replacement within 24 hours for FREE to your doorstep.

How long does the process take? 

We aim to approve or deny Lifetime Warranty Claims within 24 hours. However, during peak seasons or if additional information is needed, processing times may be slightly longer.
