If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect when your order arrives, our warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement for ZERO cost to you. 

If you have one of the following issues then we will replace your item FREE of charge:

• Accidentally broken

• Issues with your clasp

• Signs of tarnish or fading

Our Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover lost or stolen items.
