If your order included any faulty pieces, we will take full responsibility for this and replace your pieces for FREE of charge

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if a piece is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact [email protected] within 30 days of the item(s) arriving. 

Please include the following information:: 

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographic evidence
