To exchange your jewelry, you need to contact us at [email protected] or use our Return Portal (US/CA orders). 

All exchanges are 100% FREE, and when your exchange has been submitted, you will get access to a QR code. 

Simply go to a USPS drop-off point and show your QR code and they’ll do the rest. It’s that simple. No need for a label or a printer.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange via our Return Portal will not be accepted.
