How do I exchange my jewellery?Updated 8 months ago

To exchange your jewellery, you need to contact us at [email protected]. 

Once your return has been accepted (you will be notified via email/SMS), you’ll be eligible to pick an item of choice for the same price point. 

If the new piece you want is priced slightly higher/lower, we will either invoice you the difference to pay via card or refund you the remaining amount. 

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
